Trauma isn’t a sign of weakness—it’s a normal response to overwhelming experiences. With the right support, those experiences no longer have to define your daily life.

My Approach

Trauma therapy moves at your pace. Together, we’ll first build a sense of safety and stability before processing difficult experiences. My approach is individualized and grounded in evidence-based, trauma-informed care.

I’m EMDR-trained (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and may incorporate EMDR when it’s a good fit, along with other approaches tailored to your needs. The goal isn’t to erase what happened. It’s to help the memories lose their emotional intensity so they no longer control your present.

Virtual Trauma Therapy

All sessions are held securely by video for adults located in California and Florida. Many clients find that working from the comfort of home helps them feel more at ease during trauma therapy.
